Palantir's record is instead defined by (a) the UN Special Rapporteur findings above, (b) contested no-bid government contracting on three continents, (c) transparency failures documented through Freedom of Information refusals in the UK, and (d) sustained protest, divestment and shareholder pressure. Accountability for Palantir is currently political and reputational rather than judicial — which is precisely the accountability gap the book documents.
